The project “Drakens Skatt” (Dragon’s Treasure) is a combination of a board game, a digital display, and a tangible assistant designed to help children collaborate and achieve a common goal. By creating a cooperative game, we aimed to foster an environment where children can enhance their social skills, think creatively, and experience the value of teamwork. Cooperative games emphasize both participation and enjoyment, encouraging collaboration and raising cooperative awareness among all players.

The game begins with three children selecting the hero they want to play as. Starting from the village, they place their heroes on the first step of the board. Each child then receives a clue card in turn. By solving the clues, they can interact with related items on the iPad positioned at the corner of the board. Once all clues for the first step are solved, only one item remains on the screen—this key item helps them progress to the final stage of the game.
